Mountains
There are quite a few peaks and valleys to be explored in Rocky Mountain national park. Glacier Gorge is a bowl surrounded by Arrowhead, Chiefshead, Half Mountain, McHenry's Peak Pagoda Mountain, and spearhead. Spearhead is surrounded by taller mountains but provides one of the most pristine views on the planet. there are several challenging climbs on this mountain. Lakes
There is no shortage of water in the epic Glacier Gorge. Where else would the glaciers hang out? Alberta Falls gives you a nice preview of the immaculate splendor to expect along your hike. As you continue on your trip, you will run into Mills lake and an unbelievable view of Long's Peak, Pagoda Mountain and Chiefs Head Peak. Jewel Lake and Black Lake aren't too far off. Black Lake Provides a nice look at McHenry's peak as a backdrop. Glacier creek acts as a guide to Frozen Lake. Why is it called Frozen Lake? You guessed it, it's frozen. Other lakes to see are Blue Lake Green Lake, and Loch-vale Lake.
